I bought a yearly plan few days ago
Then i Travel abroad and activate the roaming plan after paying its doesn’t work .i wrote many time to their chat and more than 24 hours my case has not been solved I can’t make any calls
I think I will reverse back to DU they were much better my number is 0566700563. More than 2 days and they don’t solve the issue even then don’t answer my messages on chat even I send the email and nothing very poor customer service

I was honestly surprised! I wanted to port my sim to virgin but before i knew it Rajesh was already out for delivery with my sim 😂 entire process from porting to delivery was under 30-35 minutes i was really impressed!

I accidentally renewed the primary number on my family plan when I intended to renew the secondary number. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Bassan to request either a refund or to transfer the plan to the correct number so I could renew the one I actually needed.
However, I was told that nothing could be done, and when I asked to speak to a manager, I was informed that they also couldn't assist. This was very disappointing, as there were no preventive measures or confirmations in the app to avoid this type of mistake, and the support I received did not offer any solution or flexibility.
Overall, the customer service experience was poor, and I hope the company can improve both its preventive steps and the level of support provided in situations like this.

I am writing this review as a desperate warning to all current and prospective Virgin Mobile UAE customers: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
My family has been subjected to a shocking, Kafkaesque nightmare of service failure that has left two of our essential mobile lines deactivated for nearly SIX WEEKS. The issue is a persistent system flaw preventing a simple Emirates ID update, despite my ID being valid.
My experience has been a catastrophic waste of time and energy:
21 failed attempts through their mobile application.
4 failed in-person visits to their Mirdif City Center branch.
Each time, I was met with ineffective troubleshooting, vague reassurances from the support team, and zero accountability. This is not just an inconvenience; the lack of communication for my children due to their incompetence is a serious safety and personal issue.
I have paid for a service that has been deliberately withheld for over a month and a half. The company has refused to provide immediate resolution, escalate to a technical director, or offer any compensation until the "problem is fixed," which they seem incapable of doing.
This company's technical infrastructure is fundamentally broken, and their customer service is a black hole.
If you value your time, your money, and reliable communication, I urge you to look elsewhere. Flee this provider. You have been warned.
Current Status: Lines remain deactivated. Full complaint escalation to the TDRA is imminent.

I never—not even once—received a reply or a single sign of life from that department. Telling me to contact an address that has ignored me for six weeks adds insult to injury. Please stop with the template responses and actually fix the problem.

They sent me an email saying if I signed up to a new one year plan I would receive some promotional data and minutes. Surprise surprise when I renewed. That didn't happen. Standard Dubai promises. So now I have to do all of the chasing up.

Terrible Company. Doesn´t let you move your SIM to a new device if you are outside of the UAE. This is causing extreme difficulties and gets me to not be able to connect to my Bank Accounts. Traveling for the next 4 months meaning can´t access things without my Number. Ahmed E. From customer Service was super rude and not answering any questions. Like a robot repeating the same. Then Trasfered me to another one Called Champion (waited for 30min) He just basically said the same. Crazy. Not useful for travelers or international expats. They did not have this in the last 4 years. Sad.
