Never used it

I never used VirtualPBX because it was not intuitive and it was cumbersome to get the help I needed to understand it.

Intermitent Service

I regularly have connection issues with specific phone numbers. I tend to have a wide variety of call forwarded to my number for no reason. overall the service works and the fax/vm side works well, the actual phone is rather inefficient.

Awesome Phone Service

This company provides the exact phone service we needed for our business. We run a boat RV storage site with no office. All business done on internet or phone. Virtual PBX is perfect for this application. Costs are low and features are high. I love this service.

Its okay...

Not the easiest to navigate, and not the worst. There was a system wide outage a few weeks ago, and I had to call in to find out why our phones weren't working - there was NO notification for this. I can understand if it only affected a handful of customers, but system wide?! Yeah, that's a huge issue.
Not the first time I've had issues - I've had to call in 2 and sometimes 3 times to get an adequate answer to an issue, as they always seem to want to transfer you to a different person, or "call you back". (hint: they never do)
