The Ethiopian e-visa is five stars, as they responded on time

They were fast and patient with me as I was in a panic trying to obtain my visa 10 days before travel, they had my visa delivered to me within 3 days! I was a bit of a pain but they helped tremendously!

Scam, stay away from them !! they are delaying the process for no reason

After filling out there forms and information online, they preview them and then approve them. If there is any questionable response they notify you for any correction. Then they send you an email to print and sign those forms and send them to the office. They again review them and submit them to the correct embassy. Then if anything arises they notify you for any additional documents. Then they notify you when the visa gets approved. They then send the visa back to you with two day delivery.
The staff are very pleasant and informed. They are very efficient and well worth the cost.
Would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

The chat system is really bad. I started a chat they dropped out out after twenty seconds and said they’ll be right back and then never returned. If you want good service avoid them.

I submit my application to UK visit trip with all documents, they didn't review the bank statement carefully where there are 2 transactions which need clarification and they submitted to embassy and got rejected with no right to appeal or refund the payments. And I can't apply again unless I justify these amounts source. 😭
