not trustable wibsite and get your visa in 7 working days just bullshite. take more then one month but result was negative. I applied myself visa from the ambassy and recieve visa from the ambassy. they just take the money do nathing.

My experience was great I had the help of Jenesis and Jennica , who were absolutely brilliant, they took time with me and was very patient and professional with me. I would recommend this place to everyone. They’re the best . Thank you guys so much .

The gentleman who handled my inquiry was polite, quick, and thorough. He provided the needed information.
I am completely pleased.

I used VisaHQ to secure business visas for Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, plus TSA PreCheck.
While their service was good I was upset by the fact the Saudi visa was for one (1)...not five (5) years, and the Bahrain visa was 90 days...not one year.
A business associate used a visa service in Los Angeles and received a 5 year Saudi and one year Bahrain visa.

These shorter length visas will need to be renewed, costing me extra time and money. Not what I requested on my applications

We are a family of 3, recently applied for Morocco evisa through VisaHQ website. I was trying to apply through the government website but couldn’t complete the payment and tried calling the embassy in UK but didn’t get any response. That’s why I was looking for an agency who could help with the process.
At first I was bit skeptical about the authenticity of the website. Then I read the reviews and submitted only one visa first. Their customer service is very responsive and always listens very patiently and runs immediate follow up. As our tickets were booked already, I was stressing over a lot and called at least 5/6 times in a span of 3 days. But every-time I texted through the website chat option or called them, found them reply immediately. Also they suggested about all the additional documents needed via mail, kept me updated about every step. Their app
is also very easy and convenient to handle.
Though they said 5-7 working day is needed, my visa was approved in 3 working days and my husband’s in less than 24 hrs!! Initially I thought the visa charge is so high with visahq but I can tell it worth every penny.

Had a great experience talking to Khellie! She kindly assisted me to fill in the application form for my visa. This was very nice and really helpful since I was stressed out.

Got my visa to China in less than a week incredible.

I was able to get my desired tourist visa without an issue and in alignment with their estimated time.

Disaster: got someone on the phone. She could not answer any questions. Instead, she said she would put me on hold and ask Haidee. I asked to speak directly with Haidee. No luck. I said I was going to use another service (I did with great success). Suddenly Haidee sent me numerous emails. I asked for a full refund. They only issued a portion. I asked again. No response. I said I would post a negative review. Nowadays so many passport services exist. No reason to put up with such poor service. A very sad story: I used their service 15 years ago and it was perfect.
