Booking my first eye test for over 5 years was easy online . The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help me from the eye test to the frame selection and the fitment , they were informative and the shop had a very relaxed feel . I would definitely come back in the future.

The staff in the Leamington Spa branch of Vision Express are fantastic! They're friendly, efficient and professional. Our optomtetrist (Pret) conducted a really thorough eye exam and explained what he was testing for and what he was finding. He showed us what had changed and stayed the same - we felt extremely reassured and confident in his proposed management plan. We would definitely recommend and will continue to use them in the future

I attended Vision Express, in Stratford upob Avon, for an eye test , a year ealrlier than I was due, because of some vision symptoms. This was a very positive experience. The staff , from the people in the reception to the optometrist that performed the eye examination, were all very kind, professional, patient and willing to explain everything in details making sure I fully understood. I would strongly recommend them.

The Service at Vision Express was great services, and all the staff were very kind and helpful. They gave me good advice about my eye condition and explained everything clearly during my eye test.

They also helped me choose new glasses, including the best lenses, screen protection, and frames for my needs, I was very happy with my new glasses.

The staff kept in touch with me and even asked how I was getting on with my new glasses and if I had any problems. They also let me know as soon as my glasses were ready to collect.

Overall, it was excellent service, and I'm very happy with my new glasses and automatic it sunglasses cover protection had change colour then get keep shade.

My eye test was conducted in a warm and professional manner and the support from Cameron at the Vision Express outlet in Tesco, River Way, Andover was exemplary. Cameron is clearly an experienced and professional member of the team and I am grateful for his guidance and his friendly demeanour. I’d have no hesitation in recommending the store and its staff.

This was my post cataract ops eye test so it was longer than the usual check up and very thorough. As expected I had new lens prescriptions and was able to use my old frames for sunglasses and regular glasses which helped with the cost. Having paid the bill and left the shop the staff called me back as they had overcharged me by mistake! I call that excellent customer service.

An incredible experience at King's Lynn Town Centre branch. Both my wife and myself needed checks, myself after recent cataract surgery and my wife with an illness that makes it difficult for her to understand what is going on. I would particularly mention the patience and care of Kirsty who conducted many of the tests and organised new spectacles for both of us. Really excellent service. Also Optometrist Bradley who also showed great patience and professonalism.
