I found VisitHealth via Google and two…

I found VisitHealth via Google and two hours later was having my x-ray. It was a great experience throughout, from the friendly front-of-house staff to the simpatico and conscientious GP and radiographer. Icing on the cake: the cost was incredibly reasonable. Visithealth will be my go-to place for imaging and blood tests from now on!

My husband and myself booked a full…

My husband and myself booked a full body MRI for a health check. We cannot fault the service and the radiologists need to get an extra mention as they were so good 😊. It was an approximate 2 hour MRI and if you need breaks they are happy and patient to help , so overall the experience was very good.
Unfortunately as promised we would get our results within a specified period of time , which unfortunately did not happen . Upon calling we were told that our MRI scans had not been uploaded and sent to the GP so as we could receive our report . This was more than disappointing as we both paid a significant amount of money , and part of the attraction was the offer of prompt results !
By the way after being re-assured that it was their error and they would prioritise us and respond today , we are still waiting !
Funny how after an hour of posting this review , we finally received our results !
They were very brief in comparison to using another company , if I had to address the whole service , I would have to say it was very disappointing , slightly unprofessional and lacking in the finer details .

Open MRIs and supportive staff

Booked an MRI very quickly for the same week. I am claustrophobic and had recently had a bad experience with the NHS's narrow tunnel machines. These open MRIs were brilliant and the staff were very patient, understanding and accommodating. They took the time to answer my questions in advance and I received the results, along with a report written by a doctor, within 24 hours of the scan.

I have perfect experience with…

I have perfect experience with Visithealth. I’m a former smoker and suffered chronic cough for several years. I came to VH for a health check and within 2 h I’ve had a GP visit, battery of blood tests drawn, X-Ray and spirometry performed. Everyone in the clinic was friendly and helpful. GP revealed health issue and provided clear recommendations. Thanks to Visithealth team!

When in a blood pressure script

When in a blood pressure script
And I paid £165
The script was wrong the doctor did not know how to write it
According to the Boots pharmacy it was all wrong from my date of birth to the script
Took as half an hour between me and the pharmacy to get them to write the correct format
Luckily it was for my blood pressure
At the end my blood pressure went high
They apologize tell me the had too many patients that morning
That’s not an excuse for the doctor not knowing how to give a prescription
But they were happy to charge me
If they can’t do it don’t take appointments

Outstanding treatment

Outstanding treatment

If you need urgent medical help in West London then VisitHealth at 1 Blyth Road, London, W14 0HG is the place to book into:

On Sunday 25 August, a Bank Holiday weekend, I broke my left Achilles tendon playing Padel at Turnham Green Terrace, W4.

Having ruptured my right one nearly 30 years ago I knew I needed urgent treatment to set myself up for a good repair.

I did not want to spend another 11 hours in Charing Cross A&E as I did last year…

My wife booked me in, navigated the Olympia roadworks, and got me there within an hour of my accident.

Suffice it to say that five hours later we left with me having been seen, diagnosed, X-rayed, MRI scanned, prescribed anticoagulants and anti-gastrics, and plastered with my toes pointing down in the equinus position.

I would like to thank the VisitHealth team on duty that day:
Sanjana Rahman, Dr. Sean Insigne, Professor Ali Ghoz, Gladys Marolland, Garikai Chitai, Gian De Belen, Dr. Na’eem Ahmed, Najmul Alom, and Noelia Perez.

Together they did a great job and I’m most grateful

Great experience!

I called in for an emergency and was received at my most convenient time; reception staff was friendly and the place is clean and pleasant. The GP that saw me was great, attentive, reassuring and kind. Had an Xray and results immediately + prescription. I had an administrative issue with the pharmacy and the clinic provided immediate help over the phone and by email to solve it. Highly recommended!

I went in on a Sunday to be seen for an…

I went in on a Sunday to be seen for an issue that wasn’t resolving. The facility is so nice and clean and everyone there was so welcoming and kind!! I was seen right away and even had an xray and was able to see it right away as well. Prescriptions written and back on my way in an hour. I just can’t say enough about what a pleasant, helpful and fast experience this was. I hope I don’t need urgent care again but if I do, I know exactly where I’ll be going. Compared to every other urgent care option on London and with the NHS, this is 10 stars!!!

Thank you!

We found Dr Helal and his team to be very professional and supportive. We brought my mother to his practise and were extremely happy with his health assessment together with his recommendations. We were made to feel at ease and found him to be thorough in his approach.I will definitely visit him again and recommend his services.

Useless with no organisationational skills!

I paid for an early pregnancy scan and waited two hours for the nurse to attend and confirmed the address she was to go to. The company sent her to the wrong address (to my billing address at my mums) all the way in St Albans by train with a scanner even though I told her I stay in Canary Wharf and had email confirmation proof that I gave this address. I felt sorry for the nurse being made to carry all this equipment by train and the head office making her use public transport during Covid and sending her to the wrong address. They have no organisational skills and I ended up having to go to a&e last night instead for an emergency scan as they failed to show up. Do NOT recommend they are rude on the phone and barely speak English

We recognise that your billing address and the location where our sonographer went to visit is not the one in Canary Wharf. We now have put in a better process on how we can ensure that there will be no mixed up with the visit and billing addresses. VH staff utilise public transport at it is still the most efficient way of travelling to the patients. Some of our staff members also do not drive but we are looking to upgrade our logistics and be able to carry out visits with our staff in their own vehicles when commuting to the patient's location. Our staff are all able to communicate well and we will continue to ensure that communication skills are also further improved. We would like to apologise again for what happened and we hope that you and your family are well. Keep safe.

I had a great experience with VisitHealth. Was impressed with the service they provide, with the professionalism and support during my experience. I want also thank a specialist who actually I had my experience with. Nissar such a professional, very accurate, confident and soooo positive. He made my day. Thank You God, Jesus Christ and Your Holy Ghost

I received an appointment without difficulty after speaking to the helpful administrator (Kerisse) - I credit the appointment to Jesus Christ and our Father God. The attending nurse (Noelli) was friendly, courteous and maintained good hygiene. What is more, she prayed with me. May the Lord bless her and her friendly colleague (Murphy) whom I had the pleasure of meeting on an earlier appointment, and may His Holy Ghost be with them and keep them safe.

My son needed an ecg doing but wasn’t…

My son needed an ecg doing but wasn’t able to leave the house. The ECG was organised for the next day, completed at the appointed time, and the results emailed within 3 days. These were sent to the GP who did a telephone appointment with my son to discuss the results. I would recommend this for anyone who is social distancing and would find it hard to get to the GP surgery. Payment was easy via ApplePay

The only difficulty we had was the form emailed to us was difficult to edit but we eventually worked out how to highlight the yes or no answers.

The other point is that if any of the answers to the triage form are yes ( so chest pains, dizziness etc) they won’t do the ecg but recommend going straight to see a medic which is sensible - this is to rule of a heart attack or emergency
