It was alright. It took them 5 times to deliver the right part but in the end they sent the right part that was a bungee. Was bashed in box as they always send on boxes way to big for the item and no package to protect it whatsoever. But it’s ok

Products are professional looking and excellent customer experience
The quality of the goods ordered is exceptional and looks professional. Although there was a problem with shipping as there was a slight delay from the delivery company’s side, the customer team at Vista Print has been incredibly helpful when I reached out, shout out to Souha and Takwa for your excellent assistance with my order.

Clearly don't have a quality control…
Clearly don't have a quality control process, business cards where illegible. I checked the design before order but everything looks different on a screen. I understand my design may have had flaws, however if there had been a QC someone could have contacted me and rectified it. Instead vista print just sent out a load of business cards only fit for the bin. I reported it on the live chat and got a refund but no responsibility was taken, apparently there's a strict checking procedure but that definately wasn't the case with my order.
Ive went to a local company, sorted it face to face and got the prints same day.

order got lost twice
order got lost twice. then got cancelled by Vistaprint. not once did Vistaprint offer to refund me in a gesture of good will. when i asked for a refund they cancelled the order and i had to pay for everything all over again. they missed their deadlines on numerous occasions and I lost several opportunities to use the marketing materials i had ordered. Shocking customer service.

I ordered 4 mugs
I ordered 4 mugs, the time frame and delivery was excellent. Price very reasonable. The only issue is, one mug is Black and white, the text is not visible. All colour mugs are great.
