Poor quality
I've ordered business cards before which have been fine but recently ordered a car sticker which was terrible.
PNG file i used was perfect but the sticker arrived with wavy edges and imperfect colouring. It is unusable.

The tickets I printed
The tickets I printed, were not relative to the design I done online, my design is microscopic as well as it having barcodes on it I didn’t ask for. I will be telling my fellow musicians on the London scene to never use them again, no returns policy, absolutely shocking.

Good customer service poor quality control
Ordered 500 A5 Bifold leaflets, for very reasonable price. First lot arrived with centre page looking very blurred due to poor CMYK registration/alignment, also badly folded. Another batch sent out quickly but with same issues. Thankfully 3rd batch was good, well printed & folded, happy with them. I can't fault customer service, quick response & very helpful, but poor that it took 3 attempts to get basic printing and folding right, seems to be an quality control issue.

I ordered some custom die-cut stickers through VistaPrint and the experience was excellent. The stickers arrived in less than a week and they were perfectly made. I ordered ten stickers and they sent forty at no additional cost.
