VistaPrint has been a great company to work with over the years. Their product quality, wide range of options, and pricing have always helped us stay within budget without sacrificing quality.

Recently, we were assigned an account manager, Samar, and she made an already great experience even better. She took the time to listen to exactly what I needed, then quickly came back with excellent recommendations that were both creative and cost-effective. She even added our branding to the product mockups, which made it much easier to picture the finished items.

Because of her guidance, we found options I did not even realize were available, and some were actually better and less expensive than what I originally planned. Instead of a basic branded notepad, I ended up with a spiral notebook with a pen, customized in our brand colors with our logo and information. The pens and custom coffee tumblers were also perfect.

Best of all, we stayed under budget and ended up with even nicer items for our customers. In less than 24 hours, I went from an initial phone call to reviewing options and placing my order.

Samar was polite, attentive, and outstanding to work with. Based on this experience and the many positive ones we have had with VistaPrint over the years, I would absolutely recommend them.

Mary Ann A was really supportive and helped me deal with the damaged product. I had a great experience with the customer service representative Mary Ann A at Vistaprint. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help resolve my issue. She took the time to understand my concerns and , ensured everything was clear and handled efficiently. I especially appreciated her attitude and professionalism throughout the interaction. It made what could have been a frustrating situation much easier to manage. Overall, the support I received exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to reach out again if needed. Excellent service from start to finish.

Wanted to give a quick shoutout to Jasmine Joyce, who was so helpful when I needed to edit an order I had already submitted. The customer support here is phenomenal!

Christian introduced himself as our personal advisor. Was able to help me out with updating our tax exempt status and with a discount for our organizations order. He was very kind to look over everything and make sure everything fit and would print out correctly.
Very glad he called and spoke to me.

I want to thank Gen Nikki for all your help with my order. If it had not been for Gen, I would not have had the clear answers that I had regarding a production delay that delayed my order of bridal shower invitations and envelopes that I paid expedited shipping for. Gen answered all my questions, and provided excellent customer service via phone calls, emails and a follow up phone call today. My order got to me only two days later than expected, and I was refunded my expedited, shipping.

My invitations arrived today and they are gorgeous!! Because of this stellar customer service and follow up, the quality and beauty of these invitations and envelopes, I
am giving Vistaprint and Gen five stars!

I had an issue with a misprint on my business card. I was able to connect with Jacky via the human customer service chat at 10:19pm. Can I just say, she was amazing! She took the time to ensure she understood my concern. She had patience with helping to correct my issue. And she took additional steps to correct my design of me so I would have smooth transacting going forward with reorders. She is the epitome of perfect customer service! She made my entire night! I know I'm in good hands now if I every have another issue with my order...although I've been a customer with VistaPrint for over 5 years and this was my first issue every with an order.

I made a mistake and ordering my cards with the wrong font size because I trusted a template that I did not make. When the cards came in, I noticed this so I messaged Vistaprint.
Radenne was the person who helped me with my problem and gave me a full credit for my cards so that I could re-order them, shipping included.

This was above and beyond as this was not something I was asking for and I did not expect it in the least..

That’s the type of customer service that will keep me coming back time and again. I really valued that immensely.
