The most stupid, brain dead people on the plant. They simply are too incompetent to get me tax exempt status though everything on my end is correct.

I have ordered various items (mugs, business cards, mouse pads) from VistaPrint for some time now. Their products have always been very satisfactory. However, i noticed the print quality was off on my last order. Spoke with customer service and the issue was immediately resolved. I cannot say enough for how efficient they were in resolving the issue. Also, production and shipping have always been quite fast.

Even though I only had a 30 minute session, Charlie was very helpful and productive. I didn't feel at all rushed and if I wanted to make any changes he was on it without any hesitation. The agent I work with I think it was Nicole Ray could be longer apologized. That was terrific and helping me out walking through the whole project from beginning to end and right near the end had my old address so able to cancel the order we do the new one and got an instant refund rather than having to wait around so all in all from helping with the photos and designing the banner and the tablecloth is really good really couldn’t have worked out better cause if I had done this myself, I never would’ve done it myself

I had a request to use a modified design for a product I placed an order on and Crissa Mae B helped me swiftly and with genuine care, and preemptively answered any questions I would've had! Vistaprint's website makes it really easy to make modifications to designs and sync those changes over.

John Reines retrieved an order from a previous account so I could order without re-creating it. I sooo appreciate it

as a first time customer and not the best with computer i with the help of the easy to navigate website and a little help from the design team got my company design on the business cards, car magnets and yard signs. got it done quickly and painlessly so i ordered them all and was very happy with the result. the next day a light bulb lit and i had forgot to put LLC on all designs i immediately called and a gentleman named will answered and i was told it was to late to change it.he waved his wand and by the time i hung up i was getting everything delivered with the llc on it and he fixed a couple things i didnt see in like 4 nano seconds all FREE. what a breath of fresh air it is to deal with such a customer friendly business. i starting new business and in the mission statement it says our number 1 priority is cust satisfaction. ty vista and will well played sir well played
