I ordered two masks with exchangeable filters well before the masks were mandated in Denmark. I waited two weeks, with no word from Vistaprint.
When I wrote them, they canceled my order, and apologised as the product wasn't available anymore.
I then placed a new order for some black masks (only available via custom design btw, so I paid extra for uploading a blank PNG to get black masks).
When they arrive, they are gray. And now after 3 washes, they are olive green.
One other thing. They are tiny! They look like a skimpy thong on my face. Not Vistaprints fault that I have a huge head, but not telling me about a cancelled order + the wrong color, warrants 2 stars.

Don't buy from this company. Nearly two months and I am still missing half my order
Don't buy from this company. I ordered 8 masks on the 1st of August. It is now nearly 2 months later and I still am missing half the masks I ordered. I have written to customer services but still no masks. I have now been asked to take picture of the masks I do have, before I can be sent the missing masks. This is despite carefully explaining what masks are missing. The company is a joke. I was reassured I would be getting all the masks at least a month ago.
Meanwhile my children are missing masks that were expensive. I should have just continued with the single use masks.
Beware if you order from this company

Simply not good enough!
Unfortunately, things are simply not working properly.
I'm now on my third attempt to order a mask from Vistaprint and if this doesn't work out, I'm not trying again.
The first time their system had an error that automatically cancelled orders. However, they didn't inform you about this.
The second time the system informed me my masks would be delivered within 6 weeks. Not gonna lie, I was very surprised about the long delivery time but honestly just thought it was due to the times and request for masks. I then called customer service, just to be on the safe side that my order had been processed. The woman in customer service was very surprised about the long delivery and told me she would look in to it (shorten the delivery time) and get back to me within the same day. 4 days later I called back and was told that they could only see my order had been placed on hold but there was no further information. The girl ended up cancelling my order and now I'm on my third attempt, trying to get my masks.
It's simply very bad customer service and not good enough. I've used Vistaprint before and I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer care and efficiency.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
OMG! NEVER EVER order from this company. All they do is feed you lies about when your order will despatched and that they are ‘processing’ refunds. It’s been 2 months since I placed an order and I still have no masks and it’s the regular response ‘ we are sorry but there has been a delay in our production end!’
Vista print in this current climate you NEED customers to keep your business! You are the worst company I have ever interacted with and I will NEVER use you again and urge others not too either. Money grabbing company!! I want my money back! Why can’t that be done immediately!?
The joke of it is that whilst on the phone to them they ‘conveniently’ issued a refund and CANCELLED my order with NO EXPLANATION!
I spoke to a manager named Sana 10 days ago who promised I’d have the masks this week!

neglect as a provider of safety equipment during a Pandemic.
Ordered 3 masks, I get a confirmation email saying they should arrive in 9 days, which is already a long time.
It takes 11 days before I call since I haven't received anything, where I get told it'll take up to another 2 weeks before they are capable of sending them, and that they knew this from the very day I ordered them, they just havn't bothered to inform their customer.
As I'm awaiting these masks cause I need them and not being told about a delay for up to 2 weeks during a pandemic, this is not just bad customer service, it's neglect as a provider of safety equipment during a Pandemic.
And when I call, they take absolutely no responsibility, just saying they will arrive... At some point...
And that it wasn't on purpose they didn't tell me that the masks were delayed... Which means they ?accidentally? didn't tell me that my masks were delayed by up to 2 weeks...

This is a cash grab website that will try to deceive you and take your money.
I ordered Christmas post cards, they automatically applied 15% discount, later I found that there is a much better discount advertised on their home page. I would expect as customer to be treated fairly and receive the best possible offer.
5 minutes laterI I canceled the order but (They are cash grabbers) they did not cancel the CC payment! They give me a gift voucher for the amount!??! Is that legal?? I restarted the order and to my surprise the Base price (before the discount) for the same order was lower?!?! ... 5 minutes later?!? I finalised and they took all of the amount from my CreditCard instead offering me to use the gift voucher. Now these Christmas cards are costing me a small fortune.
Avoid their services, there are better, cheaper and more fair options on the market.
P.S. I have contacted the Customer support and they have returned the extra charged amount. +1 star for the Customer Support!

When ordering, our website automatically applies a discount but not necessarily the best one as the best discount depends on the exact products you are ordering. If you follow a specific link (for example from an email) to our website, this can also affect which discount is applied. We recommend always checking our offers page to be sure you get the best possible discount for your specific order.
Regarding the fact that your order was charged even though you cancelled the order, this is correct and it is indeed legal. However, we do not do this to cash-grab. When you place an order, we charge you right away because we cannot start producing your personalized products until we have charged you. If you cancel the order, we don't automatically issue a refund but instead give you a merchandise credit. This is because the vast majority of cancelled orders on our site are cancelled due to typos or similar errors and we don't want to force customers to wait for a refund and have to pay again simply to correct a typo or design error. It is of course always possible to get a refund instead of a merchandise credit.
When you placed your order again, it should definitely be possible to use your merchandise credit instead of paying again. This option comes up under payment options and have to be manually accepted, so we're sure customers can control how they want to pay. We're sorry to hear that didn't work out for you.
We can see, that you've been in touch with our customer service in the meantime and that they made a full refund of the first purchase you made, so you ended up getting the product at the best available price.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we're happy to hear that customer service helped you find a solution to the issue.

Excessive advertising, but good service.
Not abysmal quality or prices, but their absolute desperation to waste my time by giving me pop-ups asking me to buy more of their products when all I wanted was simply business cards. I think they asked on 8 separate occasions during one purchase if I wanted to buy something else.
Edit: Glad to get a reply, and glad that some of it can be skipped. It still didn't seem clear what the shortest path to the checkout was, though. However, I suppose my initial rating was a bit harsh, so I upped it a star.
Edit once again: Added an other star as I made a mistake in my initial order. As a result, I was permitted a whole new batch of business cards for the same price to be sent to me, free of charge. That's good costumer service.

We're happy to hear that you found our prices and quality okay, but we're sorry that you think there is too much cross selling on our website. If you've designed a business card on our Danish website and continue on, by clicking "next" you will see three pages with other products that we recommend to buy along with business cards, for example business card holders. However, at any point after you've finished and approved your design you can simply proceed directly to the shopping cart. That way you can checkout without having to click through any extra offers. You can proceed to the shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart in the top right corner or by clicking the "proceed to shopping cart" button right next to the "next" button.
Of course, it is not the intention to annoy the buyer by offering too many other products, so we hope this tip may help you at any future transactions.

Not premium quality at all
Dont know might only this time i was unlucky, but the Roll up PREMIUM Quality banner 2m height stands not straight leaning forward so it ir really far away from “premium” quality. Tried to ask the company but got the answer it is how the product is. So cannot use it or have to tighten it from the back that it would stand straight and serve the purpose.

Not good for wedding cards
We ordered our wedding invitation cards with this company.
Be careful because the size of their cards is not standard. When we tried to buy a nice envelope for the invitations it was impossible. In the end we could only buy the envelopes to vistaprint and their selection was very limited.
Also, the quality of the paper could be better for this price.

Fantastic service!
I ordered a mini photo book from Vistaprint and realised the next morning that i had made it too small. I called them and was told that the book had already been shipped and therefore couldn't be changed. Later the same day i received an email from them saying that they had given me a credit on the amount i paid for the book and that i could use this to buy a new one - even though the other one was still on its way and it was all my own fault.
This is really good service and i highly recommend Vistaprint!
