Ordered menus and name cards for my wedding. I was a little late at ordering, so I got nervous that the order wouldn't arrive on time. I wrote customer service who shipped an additional overnight order at no extra cost. All of the material arrived on time for the wedding. EXCEPTIONAL service. Thank you Vistaprint.

Fantastic Service
After placing a large order with Vistaprint.dk which we then discovered had some errors, Vistaprint were incredibly helpful & fast at fixing the problem, replacing our business cards within just a few days.
Rene in particular was great in helping to explain the situation & how we could fix the problem - it would have been a much more stressful situation without his help :)
We will definitely be using Vistaprint.dk again as the service was fantastic!

Regarding our shipping costs we are aware that we in quite a few cases will have higher costs than that of our competitors. The main reason is that we have our production in the Netherlands, which on the other hand makes us more competitive on product prices. In the end our customers will benefit from this since the lower product prices more than compensates for the slightly more expensive freight.
