Leakage on new Carpet from carton
I bought a dozen cartons of Vita Coconut Water and stored them in a cupboard which had carpeting. When I went to put one carton into the fridge to cool I found it empty, unopened and the carpet wet, I complained to Vita as the leakage was from the bottom of the carton.
As a result and goodwill they sent me 12 cartons of coconut water to replace the defect one. ty Vita.

Good but expensive if ordering monthly
The product is fundamentally good, but it takes a while to arrive. Company webpage says it is 'next day delivery' which is not the case despite it being a substantial price. Ordering a smaller quantity with regular free 3-5 day delivery time should be an option. It otherwise works out to be quite expensive.

Illegal marketing emails
Constantly receive marketing communications offering me promotional deals I cannot use, as they are FIRST TIME BUYER deals, yet it is the company who WILL NOT STOP sevdin these emails to ALL THEIR EXISTING CUSTOMERS who've ALREADY made a purchase so cannot use those deals EVER...
Despite being requested that they their coding, they cannot be bothered...
