Terrible Company

Terrible experience. First, they overcharged me and I had to reach out to customer service to get a refund. Then, the package showed up with a COD duty charge which they refused to refund, even though their website clearly stated that there would be no duty charges. In email correspondence, they confirmed it was the shipping policy at the time I ordered, but that they had transferred their inventory to the US due to the tarrif war. They suggested I "buy a mailing address near the border and then pick up the order next time". There won't be a next time and I successfully disputed the COD charge with my credit card company.
