Four months for a certificate

Me and a friend applied for our birth certificates at the same time and his had an error and someone called him about it and corrected it over the phone and he got his certificate immediately. I on the other hand am still waiting for mine. I had no errors on my application and when I login to the website it says my documents were approved and will be mailed by July 2026!?! I ordered the first week of March. Why are you making me wait four months? Sadly if I drive an hour away I can get these documents myself. I was told this would be an easy process.

Feedback on Order and Website Information

I gave the service five stars overall, although I was a little disappointed with my recent order.
On a website, lists different types of certificates, including a long-form birth certificate and a county certificate with a county seal. I ordered one of each to make sure I would have the correct document needed to apply for a passport for our son.
However, the order I received included only the county certificate types, and did not include a long-form birth certificate. When I contacted customer service, I was told that they do not provide long-form birth documents. This was confusing, as the long-form option is clearly listed on your website.

I would appreciate clarification on this, and I recommend updating the website to avoid confusion for future customers.

This company does not send a true…

This company does not send a true product. The "birth certificate" is only a print of the information that you provide. Advertising a certification of birth from the State but is really a new form and not a copy of State issued information at original issue. Misleading
