I got my documents right on time. Great service!

Didn't like having the only option of the plastic sleeve of 18 dollars. That was way too much for a small piece of plastic. There was no option to refuse it. At the time I needed it asap so I had to pay it.

It was not expedited. I paid a lot of money for this. I then called the Co and got it pretty quick. I feel that you owe me a refund.

Easy ordering process and they are legitimate

I recently needed to get a copy of my birth certificate from my home state of Arizona, which partnered with VitalCheck to handle online orders.

When I submitted the order, my driver's license was still valid. It was close to expiring, but had about a week left to go on it. Naturally, VitalCheck waited two weeks before they looked at my order and said that my ID was no good and that I needed to provide a current one. Of course, the reason I ordered the birth certificate was to renew my Texas Driver's License.

VitalCheck's own list of accepted forms of documentation clearly lists state-issued ID's and I have a second one, a Texas LTC. I submitted that and it was rejected. They also reference some form which as far as I can tell doesn't exist and is different than the notary form which is the only one I could find.

They cancelled my order without warning or notification as to why. What's even worse is that VitalCheck kept my money. They also do not respond to E-Mails.

Their phone queue is extremely long and I haven't had the time to sit there and deal with it as I have work during the day. I'm sure their hoping I'll forget about the money or write it off and they'll just get to keep it.

VitalCheck is a poorly run and unprofessional service at best and thieves at worst.

I would recommend using this service because it saved me from standing in long lines, was convenient and my package arrived ahead of the estimated delivery time.

I received and email from Vitalchek that my order was shipped on April 7, 2026 and provided the UPS tracking number. I still have not received by order. When I check UPS it says a label was created on that day but they have not received the package. I have sent two emails and was on hold for over an hour no response. I need the item I ordered ASAP. They didn't have a problem charging my credit card. Be very cautious if you order from this company.

User friendly process and the product came on time.

I have provided copies of my valid driver's license and a notarized identity verification form, however I continue to receive emails stating I still need to submit additional documents. I'm requesting a birth certificate for my daughter. When I emailed Vitalchek customer service they replied they couldn't assist me and directed me to their Website and click on support, which directed me to email customer service?! I then called their customer service phone number, recording indicted hold time would be 10 minutes. I've now been on hold over 50 minutes!
It's been 8 days since I submitted my original request and I cannot get any answers from this company as to what additional documents they need from me. They have already charged my credit card for their processing fee. I would have been better off going directly to my local bureau of vital statics instead of using this 3rd party provider.

My experience was great. I ordered my birth certificate and it came in the mail four days later. Excellent work.

I accidentally put wrong date and instead of you asking me if i needed to update information. I received a no record. After paying as much a courtesy message would have been nice.
