I didn't have a good experience, it took too long to send my purchase, I didn't like it and I've been waiting for my refund for 15 days and no one has responded.

Utterly disgraceful company.
I ordered a reformer pilates bed from this company, which apparently before shipping was checked and noted as damaged.
They offered a refund, or wait 7 months for a new stock arrival. I choose the refund, 2 months later I am still awaiting my refund of nearly 2 thousand pound, despite lots of chasing and being told 'I'll speak to the finance team'!
The website looks so legitimate but this is not a company to be trusted.

I normally don't write reviews, however, I was pretty shocked when after ordering a dehydrator from Vitality I discovered such a poor rating on Trust Pilot. Gladly everything turned out just right, good quality and quiet dehydrator for a discounted price. Only one thing wasn't right, some extra nonstick sheets were not there, but this is more on manufacturer's fault. After contacting support they offered to send them for free as a goodwill gesture.

Received a faulty dehydrator that only circulated room temperature air even though it was supposed to be able to heat up to 70C. Emailed the customer service who said it may be a faulty heating element. As it was within 30 days of receiving the product, I asked for a return and refund, which was agreed by the seller that they would refund within 5 working days of receiving the return. Posted it off DPD tracked and then… nothing.

I chased them up after the 5 working days and after 48 hours of the email, they admitted they’ve received it and has asked their finance arm to refund which should take another 5 working days. And then nothing. I sent another chaser. No reply even after 5 working days since. At this point, they’ve had the returned item nearly a month and still no refund.

In the end, I had to escalate the issue to my credit card company with the string of emails exchanged including where the seller agreed to a refund, admitted they have received the item, the proof of return and signed-for delivery received on tracker.

Do not use this company. My daughter bought a treadmill from them and is type 1 diabetic, she started developing ketones with the rigorous exercise which freaked her out. She decided the treadmill wasn't for her and asked to return it. This was two months ago. Emails are ignored and can't get through on the phone. The flipping thing has been packed up, in the way in our home. Thankfully my daughter payed through Klarna so hasn't had to fight for a refund. We just have a massive treadmill that we can't get rid of.

Avoid this company, we have 2 broken Blenders under warranty but we have never received any answer from the company and it is impossible to get them by phone, they never answer!!!
please search a different company!!!!!

Do not use this company. I ordered a £1900 reformer. Unfortunately, 2 days before delivery, I had to cancel the order. They agreed to cancel and process the refund. 2 weeks later and various emails exchanged, they have not refunded me m money and they have stopped responding to my emails. I am now having to go through my credit card to try and recover my money.
Please, do not use this company

I emailed and had an exchange with Tracy Veenendaal from the UK, because no one answer in France, purchased a juice on November 7th, never received the juicer and have not received refund!
I will pursue this matter legally bay all means possible.

Poor Customer Service - I still haven't received my refund, that was promised by Tracy (UK) for the Vibration Plate!

I ordered a £420 juicer machine, fast delivery, works great no issue, the quality is very good the only minor issue was the packaging they could have added some sort of protection for example like bubble rap or some soft foam. Luckily mine wasn’t damage the box is great and so far nothing to complain! Positive experience!

Ordered a treadmill … great delivery but motor on treadmill damaged and it had to be returned - throughout this the customer service person called Tracy was fab. However getting the refund of £764 has been different matter - 3 weeks later and I am now having to resort to claiming through my bank. I would advise avoiding this company

Bought a $600 water distiller. Broke within a couple of uses. Told me it was recalled but they’d replace it with a model that worked, at their expense. The next day told me they wouldn’t replace it and to contact the manufacturer. Manufacturer doesn’t respond. I wont use this company again. Dishonest at best

Purchased juicer with 5yr on parts, 10year on motor. The auger split into two and mesh plastic cap snapped within warranty but vitality4life simply refuses to warrant .. because "natural wear and tear".. well duh I used the Juicer, biochef synergy. Avoid this scamming company that refuse to honour warranty.

I have never received my item. Has been 10 days and nobody is calling me back to resolve the issue

I ordered a treadmill which cost over £480. The courier Tuffnells (another awful company) never delivered it despite claiming that they did (I was home all day, nobody rang the doorbell nor knocked on my door, and my building's concierge did not see anyone trying to deliver my treadmill) and now I have been waiting for over two weeks for a resolution to my issue. No proof of delivery was received.

Customer service has been incredibly unhelpful, blaming the delay on the courier.
They are treating me like a liar and they are not issuing a refund despite me having proof that it was not delivered.

Terrible customer service.
Long story short- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This company sells really good products and I've found them to be extremely helpful on the rare occasions I've needed help. I am surprised at some of the bad reviews, as they've been great with me.

I purchased a spare part online on 15 November 2021 and I didn't receive the good as mentioned in the previous review.
February 4: they want to refund me in a different currency (GBP) even if the quotation and the payment was in EUR.
Why I have to open an account in GBP to receive a refund?
I have provided even a different account able to change the currency, I wonder who will pay the exchange cost.

Very poor contact with customer service!
This is the first time I have encountered such deliberate incompetence!
I ordered a different product. I received another ... They deceived me ... and so I was left with the juicer -
BioChef Quantum Whole Slow Juicer - Wide Mouth Masticating Juicer -
- blocks ,
- it gets clogged with celery with other products!

Stay away, avoid this product - !!!!

I have decided to write this review as this experience was in such a contrast to my last experience with the Vidalux 1 person infrared sauna from Steam and Shower co... that I wanted to write a good review for once.
It started with delivery, the driver delivered the box all the way into the house. No nonsense about curb side delivery only. He simply wheeled it into the house so I could unpack it inside and move to the flat.
The sauna arrived in one box, neatly packed like it was from Dyson. You can tell it was made by professionals, someone who cares about the way the product looks, feels and functions. Everything fits, the glass door closes nicely, the wooden door frame has a fleece insulation so it closes silently. There is a magnet to hold the door in place. The dust cover sits perfectly on top of the sauna, it has wholes in there for ventilation, cables etc. but nothing is sticking out or above. The temperature reached the max 65C in 20 min. The sauna looks great in our bathroom... I love it!
Plus forget the non sense about the combination of near and far-infrared panels. All you need is the far-infrared panels, the near-infrared panels are too hot on the skin!
