My skin is changing with Skin Envy. I use it with their carrier oils and also use a few drops in my sunscreen in the morning. The difference in my skin has been remarkable. I have had no issues with ordering, with the products leaking in shipment or in the quality. I wish I could add a photo!

My first order the end of December was received late and a roller bottle was leaking. Sent an email to Vitality several times with no response and tried to reach them by phone. Finally I received an email asking for pictures, which I sent, and over a week later received a response that they would replace it, no instructions and I received a confirmation for my next order that I never authorized. The order was the same as the first order. Their response was that it was too late to stop the new order and directed me to returns, but they couldn't tell me when it was shipping. I called my bank hopefully to stop them from pulling the unauthorized funds. I'm furious! This is not a trustworthy company.

Horrible customer service. One item in my order was broken (sharp glass present) along with oil covering everything else. Contacted them via email the same day - they asked me to send pics. I did. No response. Probably will throw everything away - I don't put stuff on my skin that has such poor quality assurance, and customer service. Scary.

Love the products. The worst customer service… I have reached out to them by email and texting that order has not arrived to mailbox. the tracking number says delivered. I am not sure what type of mailing they did if it was registered or normal they should have to find out for me since
The local mail service seems not to help me, I have reported the issue, unfortunately haven’t heard back from them yet . Now 10 days has passed since it said delivered

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order on 12/13. Still have not received it. Emailed to no avail, tried to online chat to no avail and sat on the phone with it just ringing forever. So now I'm just screwed over and wasted money on something that was a Christmas present which is clearly now past.

Great quality and priced in my opinion. Shipping can be pricey and lengthy but, it’s worth the wait. I wouldn’t trust any other company..

doesn't smell like Frankincense companies like this use people and its wrong Essential oils are so healing and they are ruining the experience the bottle doesn't even say country of origin which is important seriously how do they look at themselves in the mirror?

I have used the frankincense, stress ease, and the migraine care for years. These are all quality products. I suffer with debilitating fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis and the frankincense oil has been a game changer. I have recommended the frankincense oil to a friend with MS that was having horrible side effects from medication and the oil has helped significantly. I swear by this brand. That being said, I’ve never had a need to contact customer service.

Do NOT ever order from them. They are scammers! They took my money and never shipped my item. Customer service is terrible, they act like never heard or seen my paid order. I repeat they are scammers!!!

Stay clear!! Communication is zer0. They respond to questions with automated messages. Shipping is by turtle, if you get it at all. Product is average to poor.

Do NOT order from this company! I was a new customer. Ordered lavender oil . Did not like the smell. Two bottles unopened the other used once. No problem . I returned item for refund. They said they do not issue refunds. They’ll give a store credit. I explained I was unhappy & didn’t wish to purchase anything else. That’s their policy they said. So I chose a bracelet which I wasn’t really wanting, within the price range including shipping for my issued credit . They want to charge me shipping & handling & leave me with a balance unused $10 . They try to get every cent out of you they can .

The products are exceptionally good. HOWEVER, the delivery is as bad as it gets, WORST delivery of any online ordering I have ever experienced. And I don't get a response. Over $100 just lost in the process. Don't expect timely service of this product!!!

I'm 70 and I can honestly say this is the first product I have used that I can actually see a difference in my skin ... and in a short period of time too. I will be buying again for sure!

Once I received my Frankincense order I immediately noticed it didn't smell or feel right. I clearly do not have the means to test its purity or quality, but I will never order from this company again. This does not seem to be pure Frankincense as advertised or indicated on the bottle.

I highly doubt this is actual frankincense essential oil as I have been using it for years and this is the wrong consistency and smell. I emailed customer service and they brushed me off. I wrote a negative review for the frankincense on their website and they neglected to publish it. Seems like they only publish positive reviews. Rip off.

My first time ordering from this company and I’m very disappointed with their customer service. I received two of the four products I paid for. I tried calling on multiple days within business hours. I was put on hold for several minutes then it says you have not called within normal business hours and hangs up. Pretty crappy customer service. Will not be ordering from this company again. Still would like to know why I paid 70.00 and received 29.00 worth of products! So frustrated!!!!

only received a partial order and cannot get ahold of ANYONE from customer service to solve issue. NO one answers my email messages or phone messages.

Ordered recently for the first time, all of my order was packaged well and I received it very fast. I was very happy with my order and would order from them again

The oils I purchased are doing wonders for my skin (and I have rosacea/sensitive skin!) and definitely helping with my neuropathy pain. These negative reviews, I think, must be bogus. I goofed on my order and forgot to use my coupon. I was able to contact customer service immediately and they were immediately responsive. They instantaneously credited my debit card for the amount the coupon saved me. I am excited to have found this company!!!

These oils are junk. They are food grade oils and not therapeutic grade oils. If used for medical issues, they will not function the same as therapeutic oils. You are lucky to even smell the oils. Refunds within 10 days....forget it, they will only give you an "in-store credit" and no cash refunds. Save your money and purchase the "real" therapeutic grade oils.
