Vitality Extracts Essential Oils Reviews 

lesson learned, do not read the fake reviews on FB, go to the BBB. They have 67 complaints in 3 years and of 63 reviews, only 2 are positve.WOW what a horrible company. I have contacted channel 30 and 3 in CT and they will happily do an investigation so I can get my refund for this horrible and not real product refund to my card.
I suggest you do the same for issues as this company are true scam artists.

Awful product that gave me a migraine. Tried to return, but can only get in store credit. So I'm stuck with a bunch of stuff I can't use now. I do not recommend this company at all!!!!!

Everything I’ve ordered from this company has arrived well packaged and in a reasonable time period. I was skeptical of the whole idea & started slowly. I now have about 25 oils (blends & single oils)

I wrote to them about their Skin Envy product, it gave me hives. When they finally responded which took a month, they said it was beyond the time for a refund. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will not order from them again.

I have purchased their oils numerous times. But they are all about constant upsales and zero customer service. I received an order, obviously thrown together, with leaking oils that reeked in the heat. I didn't want the order, it doesn't appear safe and several items were damaged. Multiple times attempting to contact and only get pre-written bs e-mail about limited time return and only for store credit. They are a terrible company, creating stress and stealing money.

Don't buy from this company! Bought a 3 pack of essential oils and only got x1 which was totally shattered including the separate dropper they shipped with it. They will not refund my money!!!! Horrible company and there are so many other essential oil companies out there. Trust Pilot has them at 2 starts...their own website has them at 4 starts so I think they edit the reviews they allow to post. Lame.

First of all the service is great. And the shipping is fast, quicker then expected, every time and Most Importantly the products work quite well, more than my expectations. Surprised, happy 😃 every time I order.

I have ordered several times from Vitality Extracts. I think this is a small company but nonetheless I have received everything I ordered within 7 or 8 days. Nothing broken. I have not had to use customer service so I can't say anything about that. I do wish they would send info on how to use the particular oils one purchases. I have had good luck with frankincese for painful knee and arthritic back. Just ordered over $140 of products and it all came.

Good oils. NON-existent customer service, the equivalent of the dead letter box! The same voice recording EVERY time called, with no chance to leave a message! In taking advantage of their BOGO promotion, I received only the four items I ordered; NOT the free ones promised! It appears that this company is a scam.

I bought 2 oils back in December I haven’t received them. I emailed them and all I got from some guy at this company was an email saying “check with your post office” which took 2 months for them to respond. I can’t check with my post office if I never received a tracking number. I emailed again a week ago for the tracking number and NO WORD from them. I’m glad I only spent 20.00. That at least all I lost. Revive Essential Oils a little more expensive but at least I get them when I order them. Never will I order from v again.

I have used quite a few of her oils and I’m very happy with them. I’ve ordered from Young Living for years and they’re a fortune to buy. I found shipping very quick, and I love their bonus cards for a discount. My whole family got oils for Christmas, and I felt great that I invested in their health for the future.

I have the same problem I was supposed to get Bogo and I also had a $25 off coupon. They said they could use for my next order I’ve tried to call them same thing they’re busy and there’s no room on the queue really upsets me. I just got one more and it was supposed to be a Bogo today. Second time in

i have tried 5 times now through emails to stop a subscription i have called and i keep getting hung up on I have sent 3 packages back Return to sender but have yet to get reimbursed i received two in one week that I did not order but got charged for them I am sick of this

Took nearly 3 weeks to get the order. neither of the roll ons were sealed. Tried the Skin Envy and I broke out. Customer service is non existent. Reached out to return and was told I can return for credit. So the Refund/Return section is not a refund at all. Jumped through hoops trying to get to the pages for a return and finally gave up. DO NOT ORDER

In November I ordered two sets of signature blend bundles. $100 worth of product. Each bundle contains five bottles. It says it would ship in 1 to 3 days but it took a month. When I finally received my order, it only had (2) 10 mL bottles of stress relief instead of the two bundles, I have tried calling multiple times but it’s bogus. It either says the queue is full or it says you can push a number to speak to customer service and it just disconnects you every time. I wrote four emails and included pictures of what was supposed to be in the package versus what I received. Four times after about a week I received a message saying check with a postal carrier . It’s absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I should also say that when I ordered the signature bundles, they were in stock, but a month later when they got around to shipping my order, it was out of stock. Just because something is out of stock doesn’t mean you substitute 10 items with two and say your order is conplete.

Takes forever to get your order. I have a necklace that is defective and no way to get in touch with them

I have placed several orders with this company and received all of them without issue. All in all, I love the oils and have been very satisfied. However, I’ve never had to use customer service. Reading these reviews regarding customer service, I will admit does make me a little leery, realizing if I ever do need assistance, it may be incredibly difficult. I have used essential oils for many years. The company I have always used, has top-notch customer service. I decided to try this company because the prices are very reasonable. I tried them, and I absolutely love these oils! I plan on continuing purchasing from this company. The only thing that would change this would be a poor customer service experience, which I’ve not had. I placed an order yesterday, and I expect it to arrive just as smoothly as the others . I am a very satisfied customer!

I have ordered probablymore than 15 times from vitality and usually pretty large orders, I have never had any of the problems like the others with the horrible reviews are having with this company. I receive all of my order, as it should be with the items I ordered. It may be a little slow on the shipping but not more so than a lot of other companies. They do not sign you up for a subscription automatically you have to choose that your self, and it's clearly set up easy to see when you are doing so, you can choose regular price or subscription to get a discounted price on the item. Even after those steps to set up a subscription you next have to choose the frequency you want the item delivered! It's also very easy to cancle a subscription all u do is cancle it on the web site under subscriptions 🤦🏼‍♀️ I think people are making this stuff up cause they want money back or something. I like the oils from this company, I probably prefer revive over vitality and of course young living is the best, but this company is most definitely not a scam and they put out good oils.
