I’m disappointed with my experience at Vitaminstore. I bought several supplements hoping to see some positive results, but unfortunately they didn’t make any noticeable difference for me. The store itself is fine and the service was okay, but the products just didn’t work as expected. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I spend around 400eu but they didnt even sent a tester/try out mini package. Normally im getting this but maybe they forgot. It feels a little bit less satisfying when you expect it.
2 bottles were also without seal, i only bought Solgar and thats also not what im used to of that brand.

Truly disappointing
As a loyal customer, I am angry and disappointed. You offer me a 10€ birthday gift that is impossible for me to use especially now in the Black Friday season, because if I have only 1 discounted product in my cart, the gift voucher is impossible to apply even though I have other products in my cart over 50€ in value that are not discounted. I understand you don’t want to apply -10€ on something that’s already discounted, but using “can’t be used in conjunction with other discounts” as an excuse to not apply the “gift” on regular-priced products just because they’re in the same shopping cart is disrespectful.
This is a textbook example of user unfriendly, dark, and misleading UX practice and shame for a website that was once “website van het jar”.

No problems. Fast and efficient. Good products. Dutch owned. Friendly staff. Carry what i want. I like their clear pricing. I hate the whole buy 2 get one free jazz. We all know shops jack up prices to do that. It's ridiculous, and reflects badly on the shop doing it, (cough, H&B) Just sell individually at a fair price and then discount bulk buys accordingly or whatever. Their rl shops are great too. I like them better than Holland & Barrett.
