Great Great Customer Service, Slow Shipping
I recently purchased vitamins through their website. The ordering process was very easy and straightforward, but unfortunately, the delivery took much longer than expected. Although it stated 5 business days, my order didn’t arrive for over two weeks.
When I eventually visited their store in person and explained the situation, the staff was very attentive and helpful. They took my order number and ensured everything will be resolved. To my surprise, my package arrived the very next day.
Overall, while the online shipping experience was disappointing, I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received in store, which made up for the delay.
