Terrible! Clothes do not fit and you can’t send anything back because it comes from China. They offered me a refund of $4 for a cheap looking poorly made a sweater that was $50

I waited 2 months for my clothing only to be disappointed with the quality and workmanship of the items. This should not be allowed to happen because the ads are very deceiving. I would like a refund so that I can purchase better quality items. I do not have mones to waste in these difficult times.

The worst experience I've ever had with a clothing company. Nothing was the same as advertised. All very cheap and horribly manufactured. I'm not sure where they pulled the pictures from but it's truly false advertisement. It's a real hassle trying to get the return address for my refund. I have been offered $5 and $25 on my $100 purchase. I'll just take my chances, send it back and wait for them to refund me or my bank to process the dispute.

If I could leave -0 stars I would. TERRIBLE quality and even worse customer service!!! I have asked 6 times for a refund and they keep avoiding sending the info I need to get the refund. I order a larger size and got a small, the quality is awful, I’d feel guilty even donating it. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This sweater looks and smells like it was hand sewn together a dank, mildewed basement. I ordered this sweater expecting a large chunky knit, only to be confronted with a regular thin-knit, patchy sweater. It's all solid color on the back, which would be fine if the knit was the way it is advertised. I can't believe I waited almost a whole two months for this crappy-looking, falsely- advertised, costume project. Tried to leave a review their website wouldn't let me submit a review lower than 5 stars. Scam!!! Don't do it!👎🏽

I ordered two sweaters from comvivi on line. Never got the product! They just kept writing back it was delivered. I tried to track the items coming from China and there was only one entry on the site that said it was being processed. This is a terrible company that scam people. Do Not Order anything from this company you will be throwing your money away.

Thankfully I got my order, but the quality is horrible!!!!! I do not recommend this clothing to anyone. I only ordered one cardigan so I’m not going to do any returns because I think it’s not worth it for me to cover the return. I wish I can post the pictures but it looks like I can upload pictures here

This company is HORRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! Their clothes do not fit, they are not as described. They have a return policy yet they refuse to give you the address for returns. I ordered close to $100 in merchandise and they said they would refund me $8! Are you kidding me! They kept sending multiple emails asking for pictures of the items, measurements, and finally said they didn't see anything wrong. Their size chart is inaccurate. I hope this company tanks. They are scammers. They take your money and give you the run around. They had the nerve to tell me to gift the items to someone instead if trying to return. What a bust! You have been warned! Again, if you see this site, scroll on.

Horrible company. The clothes I received didn't fit. They asked me to take pictures. I've been going back and forth with them and they won't provide a return address. I'm still waiting on the refund for canceled out [f stock items. I wish I had seen this site before I spent my money with them.

The sweater didn’t fit and they told me it was my fault and I should have read the measurements. I asked for the return policy and the told me to take pictures of the garment on the floor so they can figure out the sizing.

NEVER RECEIVED ITEMS NOW I'M OUT 127$. WORSE COMPANY EVER.

Took a month to receive items. Weird material. But the worst was the sizing. They were all way too small. I have sent three emails requesting they give me the address to return the items and they have not answered

I there, just to let you know that yes, it's a fake/scam site. I bought 2 articles. I thought i was buying knitted items (as it's written in the photos and even, as they are in the photo. In fact, i got one of the articles that's seems like a printed imitation of the article (knitted) i command, the other, is a kind of a synthetic fabric, nothing to do with what they show in the photo. This is truly fake publicity.

Sonovivi does not even rate one star!!! Ordered the pretty elephant print long sleeve shirt, received a pair of flimsy beige pants! Basically NO return policy and no refund policy that is any good. Pay more than the shirt cost to return to China plus a customs fee, or they may refund a small % of what you paid for the item. Scam company. Why is Facebook allowing these places to advertise on their site?
