VIVI Clothes 

This is a complete scam!!! Two months later I finally received my order. (One shirt) looked NOTHING like what was on the picture!!! Do not order from this company it’s a complete scam! Fabric was cheap and smelt horrible! Instagram should remove them from selling. Complete scam!!!

One star is too much. They said my order would be here in 7 to 15 days. Two months later I have only received one item, they told me one item they couldn’t send because they ran out of the fabric and would refund me and the rest is supposedly still on the way. This company sucks!

Don’t order from this company! I placed an order on Feb 4 for a shirt... 2 weeks later I still hadn’t heard back or rec’d confirmation. 3 emails and 2 weeks later I was informed that they had been closed for Chinese New Year. Next email was that the shirt was not yet available and I should be patient. I canceled after 3 weeks and was told I would receive a refund in 15-20 More days and again told to be patient. I’m now contacting PayPal for assistance with this unreputable company.

I ordered a phone case paid extra money do you get faster shipping I've been 30 days have not received the package send an email they said they would refund my money did not get my money I've sent multiple other emails no response no refund they are ignoring me infusing give me my money places is a rip-off

One star is to much for this company. I ordered 2 sweaters in February and they never came. The company kept promising me they would come and when I kept bothering them they said they would refund me and never have. SCAM

You suck! Why hasn't my order arrived yet? :(
SCAMMED as well.

I bought 3 bathing suits. Large which I always wear. Got them like a month later n they were more like a kids large. I have sent 3 emails regarding refund on where to return the suits. They state on their returns not to return to address on label, which is China. They wont answer my emails. Wish I would of seen there reviews before I ordered.

Having an extremely bad experience!!! I ordered nail polish on 3/5/2018 and still have not received it on 4/19/2018. They said it was shipped out on 3/5/2018 and that I should contact DHL if I had not received it. I contacted DHL and they said the tracking number was not real and they did not show my zip code and name on their roster. Grrrrrrr. Now I'm waiting for a response from my last email sent to them.

Huge SCAM!! Sam was my customer service rep and he sucked!

I ordered Feb 27th and I have been sending emails and getting bs replies and its April 13. I have requested a refund and been told that now it will be shipping. I don't believe them. I will do everything I can to get as many people as possible to boycott this group.

SCAMMMMMM!!!!!!! Ordered over a month ago and nothing and I tracked it and it hadn’t been shipped I have sent multiple emails for two weeks now and nothing back it’s a total scam!

Total Scam. They took my order and never sent products. When i tried to contact them, no responses. I finally had to dispute charges with my credit card company to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Do not order from this company! Over two months after ordering I had still not received the items. I reached out to the company to cancel my order since the tracking number showed that it still hadn't been shipped two months later and was told they were not able to cancel orders that had already been processed. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so I was able to get the charge refunded through them after they were also unsuccessful when reaching out to the company.

Update 3/26/18: I finally received the order over 2.5 months later. The sweater I ordered barely resembled what I saw online and began to shred, pill, and fall apart within a day. Again, do NOT order from this company!

Terrible company. I wouldn’t ever order from them. Took over a month to get the clothes. When they came, let’s just say I wasn’t happy with the quality of the product. Especially for the price. I ask for a refund and told me they don’t do refunds unless the item is damaged. Terrible.

If you purchase from this company be prepared to wait 4 weeks or more. THey use snail mail. I purchased an item on 2.21, got an immediate response the package was ready for shipping then on 3.1, the emailed customer service after the seeing the package still has not shipped.

The response was to be patient.
First and last purchase.

Save yourself the hassle and do not order from Vivibeauty they are a big scam and there products are not as advertised. I received the “popular teddy bear coat” that they said many people have bought and are happy! The coat is awful the size is nothing like what it says online and it looks nothing like the online picture. The quality is garbage! Do not give this company your business you’ll regret it

I ordered a Hoodie on Jan 25 and here it is Feb 9th and it has yet to arrive. They also claim customer services responses between 24/48hrs, however, they've yet to respond to my request and we're now 72hrs+.
STAY AWAY!!!!!

OMG - they tried to tell me the reason the jacket I order was taking so long was it was in such high demand - HAHA - than offered $8.00 off next ordered - like there will any - I told them not to ship jacket - I will not accept package a month late - want a total refund- as stated in their policy - they said u can keep it and we give u - 30% back- NO- FULL REFUND and u keep jacket - They are total frauds - don't do business with this company - u just end up disputing the charges with ur credit card company to get ur money back because they don't stand by their policy and they say 48 hours after we receive payments - goods are shipped - another lie -

Horrible company, not only it took more than a month for me to receive my hoodie. It came in a wrong color AND size... SO BAD! STAY FAAAAR AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS!

Worst experience ever. Customer service is completely unresponsive. I never wrote reviews, but this ehas been infuriating.
