DON'T BUY FROM HERE!

I bought two dolls, which are coming from China even though there's a UK address on the site.

The doll that arrived looks nothing like the photo, and I mean nothing like it. It's hard pushed to say it looks like a baby!
Plus I chased up where the 2nd doll is, and opened a refund request for the 1st and I've had no response for either!

SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Should have brought a baby Annabelle looks better then what was delivered!!

I ordered a viviandoll online, approximately 3 weeks ago. I have not had any information communicated to me, about the doll I ordered and there's no where for me to find out about the doll I ordered, or indeed if its coming or not. The full price of the doll is, £80 plus and this has been taken, Country named is HongKong. When I emailed viviandolls to ask about the doll I ordered,I got no help whatsoever. My granddaughters birthday is on the 22nd of August, the doll I ordered was for her, I know nothing about its delivery or not.

This site is a terrible scam ,they send you dolls that you could buy in a cheap store for 20 dollars .not even maybe 10 dollars . I ordered 2 dolls .they were not full silicone they were hard plastic and so ugly and fake looking ,I am going to report them to the better business bureau DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE FAKE

I ordered a girl doll for my daughter, it was from the suesue range.
After my purchase I read through the reviews and was worried if the doll would ever turn up and if did resembling the features of " Chucky " ! ( Movie ) as one of the reviews said !!
The doll was delivered after about 3 weeks with great anxiety.
Unboxing the doll was full of anticipation then to reveal a real looking life like girl doll with wavey hair and realistic eyes and face.... .so cute.
Its hard to say if its a genuine reborn doll but the quality of this particular one is ok and looks good too.
I can empathize with people that's had a bad experience with this company and not had the doll they was hoping for but in my case me and my daughter was both pleased with the doll even though it was slightly different looking from the picture advertised but still very similar.
I know there's been a lot of bad reviews for this company with low ratings and sorry to see people disappointed with their order and delivery but for me I'm happy with the product and hope there's been many more too and not just a one off !!

Just don’t bother if I could give less than 1 star I would, doll never arrived, had to pay for one that would arrive before Christmas, email said be patient 3 times over 8 weeks waiting, luckily paid through PayPal and just received refund, so bad my daughter would have been devastated if I hadn’t been able to get her one in time for Christmas 😡😡

Do not buy from here! Ordered my daughter a doll for Xmas months ago, only just arrived & it looks absolutely nothing like the picture! Terrible quality! I requested a refund only for them to say to send the doll back once arrived. Which I’m not gonna pay the postage to go all the way back to China!

Wouldn't buy anything of this site total scam ,I ordered a doll £75 end of November still haven't received it I sent them an email haven't heard anything back

Please save yourself the stress and do not order from this website. They claim to be a UK website however the dolls come from China! I ordered on the 8th Nov and once I realised the doll was coming from China I tried to cancel. They kept sending me automated emails. Doll arrived on the 15th Jan! This was meant to be a Xmas present for my little girl. Even when the doll arrived it’s not something I could give her! It looks horrendous! I had to order her one so she had it for Xmas and the quality in the two dolls is worlds apart!! £75 wasted! Please do not give this company anymore money it should be banned from trading!

Was charged for a doll for my niece at £83 and received one at £30. All email attempts to try fix this have been useless. Would have been better going to Argos for the doll would have got it sooner paid less and got one that's better quality! Avoid at all costs.

AVOID VIVIANDOLLS AT ALL COST. Ordered a doll charged £84 and they sent a doll I could have bought from argos for £20. Emailed from Xmas to be told it wasn’t the doll i ordered but block you from getting into your order so you can prove them wrong. Just keeps sending the same email over and over and no refund will come. Hoping the bank will step in and I have learned not to buy overseas again!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Totally shocking!! Don't order of this site it's a scam!! I ordered a doll the start of November, got no confirmation email and tracking order made no sense. Doll never came I had to order one last minute of amazon or I'd of had a very disappointed little girl. Cant get in touch with them and my emails are being ignored! Stay clear of this site!!

I ordered 2 dolls middle of November for my daughter and her friend for Christmas, dolls did not and have not arrived 😡
Luckily I managed to order the same doll off Amazon and they both arrived 2 days after placing my order, so just in time for Christmas.
How a company can do this knowing that a child is looking forward to receiving their doll is absolutely discussing. Don’t buy off this company it is a SCAM!!!!!!
Luckily I paid via PayPal so I will get my money refunded but the whole thing has been really stressful.
I wish I had read the reviews on here prior to ordering, a big lesson learned

Totally useless. I ordered the doll at the end of November. No confirmation about the placed order and nothing about delivery or anything. Not heard anything from them at all. I tried to email them but it kept on bouncing back with no such email address. Shocking service with no consideration about the child who'll be unhappy on Christmas morning. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise as they're obviously scammers with no intention of providing the merchandise.

Major problems I ordered a doll 26th November,they’d forgotten to send the doll off, if I hadn’t emailed for a update they’d of never of gotten in touch! Customer service is appalling, no way of getting to speak to anyone via phone!
I’ll have One very disappointed little girl Christmas morning!!!
I’ve learnt my lesson and I’ll have only order from the UK now as I know problems will be felt with accordingly!

I am very disappointed, they sent me something totally different, and the quality is very poor and cheap, is just like any doll you can pay for £20.00.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE A SCAM. CANCELED ORDER PROMISED REFUND. !!! NEVER HAPPEND THERE EMAILS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE SHOCKING
