I order my doll they have taken 2 payments then had the cheek to email me saying I cancelled my order,I have not done this so I have mailed again requesting on refund and doll,if I don’t recieve either I shall take this further as I shall have one very upset little girl for Christmas,I can get another one from else where but not the one she picked,absolutely fuming is an understatement,note to others please avoid this page.

Bought 3 dolls from this company and they look nothing like what is advertised!! They look like cheap basic baby dolls! I’ve emailed to complain been offered a refund of £60 and still not received it!! Had emails back and forth asking me to be patient and allow 3-4 weeks for the refund almost 4 weeks later and nothing and it looks like they’re ignoring my emails now! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, I ORDERED WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A REBORN DOLL AS PICTURED AND DISCRIBED WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS NOTHING MORE THAN A CHEAP PLASTIC DOLL (£1 SHOP STYLE) I CONTACTED THEM TO BE OFFERED 3 DIFFERENT REFUND COMPENSATION PRICES (NONE THE FULL AMOUNT) ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS TO RETURN AND GET A REFUND, THIS COMPANY ADVERTISES AS A UK COMPANY YET THE RETURNS ADDRESS IS CHINA WHICH I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING COST, I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED A REFUND AND WHEN I CONTACT THEM BY EMAIL AS THATS THE ONLY CONTACT DETAILS IM TOLD GIVE IT TIME TO PROSESS THE REFUND IM STILL WAITING NO REFUND IS COMING, IM A MUM OF 7 GIRLS AND THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT I HAVE GONE AND PURCHED A REAL BABY REBORN FROM A PROPER COMPANY BUT CHRISTMAS IS A STRUGGLE AS IT IS WITHOUT COMPANYS LIKE THIS TAKING PEOPLES MONEY FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT WHATS ADVERTISED.

Unfortunately I can't give less than one star.
I Bought a doll from them as a Christmas gift for a seven year old.
Including shipping I've lost just shy of £75 purchasing this cheap rubbish.
The doll is nothing like that which is shown on their website.
I asked for a doll with hair and have received one with a Vin Diesel cut.
It was shipped halfway around the world from China in the original packaging with no protection and the box was trashed, either during transit or possibly before it had even left the supplier
There is no manufacturers name on the box, neither are there any CE markings indicating safety compliance.

I'm not alleging that the doll is a cheap copy, I'm stating it as a fact, Total knock off.

I've emailed the company but I'm not realistically expecting a satisfactory outcome.

Whatever you do, don't buy from this company. Ever.

Can't give 0 or I would. Ordered 2 weeks ago, no confirmation of delivery date or even of order. Within an hour after reading other reviews I tried to cancel order, completely ignored me and took money from my account anyway. Still nothing from them deliver, email of confirmation or refund. Obviously a fake site but I have contacted my bank who have said thwy will attempt to recover the funds taken from my bank as I have proof I did email asking them to cancel order and NOT to take money from my account. Disgusting...lack of service!!! SAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE!

Where the heck do I start! Customer Service. They don't even know that word! Weeks of trying to contact about my order with the emails being sent back to me undelivered.

When the doll arrived, the box was smashed to bits! Then I start to unpack the doll expecting something that looks at least a little like the reborn I orders. But NO! It's a crap old doll just a normal doll that you could get from poundland! Legs damaged nothing at all like what was said it was ment to be like! Wish I could show photos!

Trying to contact about a refund doubt I will get one! Please just avoided!

I would not even give this doll to my child at the risk of her getting nightmares from how bad it looks! Not painted at all! Hair is a mess EG, patches all over you can see where it goes in and out. This is just the same as a normal cheap doll you can get at a cheap ass shop in the High Street.

Then we come onto the fact that you have to set up an acount to order yet after I got the order I can no longer get into my account! Saying no acount found for this email address.

Do not order from this company!
Ordered a doll for my grandchild’s birthday, arrived looked nothing like the one on the website that I had ordered. It’s obviously a fake it’s head was bigger than it’s body and it came with nothing as described on the website, no clothes no dummy etc. The box it arrived in was battered and basically looked like a doll you would buy from the pound shop.
I have tried to contact the company on several occasions and now my e-mails bounce back!!!
They need to be closed down!

The doll you receive from them is not a Reborn doll, it is a fake. Although they do attempt to make the doll look like in the picture on their website, it is quite clearly a cheap imitation. Mine arrived with a set of eyelashes missing and hair falling out. There is also a “certificate” included with the doll calling it a Hoomai Doll, Happy Doll.
The customer service you receive is shockingly bad. I cancelled my order within an hour of buying as I am within my rights to do. They acknowledged that I wanted to cancel 3 times, each time offering a discount which I declined. However as I declined they decided to ship the doll anyway. I complained many, many times and each time they avoided the actual problem I was addressing and gave me an update on shipping time. When I complained that the doll had arrived faulty, they again completely disregarded everything I had wrote in the email and told me again that the item had shipped.
Luckily I have time to go and buy my daughter another doll as she would have been heartbroken. I don’t usually leave reviews but do not want other people to lose their money.
Unless you want to be extremely disappointed and lose your money, please avoid this website!!

Ordered 4 weeks ago, got order confirmation email and within a week a shipping confirmation. Nothing since & have tried to contact website but emails bounce back & on further investigation the website does not look legit.
