My 4 tickets were not delivered by the seller with less than an hour to game time. The person from Vivid Seats could not get ahold of the seller. She went above and beyond and got me 4 new seats that were better. Wish I new who it was but she deserves a promotion. Fantastic customer service.

Nothing really great about this experience. In fact, it’s no different than buying something through Ticketmaster reseller or seatgeek. And, why accumulate points playing your trivia games if I can’t even use those points to buy these tickets.
