If I could leave 0 stars, I would, as this place has zero service. I went in directly from a hair colour appointment and was not 100% happy with the colour. They colour matched me, and as I didn’t like the colour of my own hair, I asked if the extensions could be a bit brighter. They explained that the hair had to match. I became a bit emotional because this morning we made the decision to postpone my wedding, and my dad was rushed into hospital for emergency surgery last night so it’s been a pretty stressful 24 hrs. Anyway, I explained all of this and apologised for being emotional and stated it was 2% because of the hair not being quite the right colour and 98% because of everything else going on in life. At this point the stylist calls the manager over who tells me they will not be fitting any hair today. I should add at this point that my natural hair is very, very, very thin and more like fluff than hair. I have worn extensions for years and feel naked and self conscious without them. I said the the manager, that I just had a bit of a doubt about the colour but that I really really wanted them and was sure once they were fitted would be 100% happy. She repeated we will not be fitting your hair today. I started crying and was like please, please, please don’t make me leave without hair. I’d been following V&B on insta for ages and loved their work. She said “we will not be fitting your hair today” I said, “please, I’m begging you, I’ll pay for it, and I promise I will be happy! I was just upset because of the other events” she replied “oh, don’t beg. We will not be fitting your hair today.” So after 5-10 minutes of pleading and reasoning and begging I left with my newborn chick natural hair. Honestly, the people who work there seem like mean girls, who were probably bullies in high school. They are hair stylists who must surely recognise the importance of having hair which makes you look and feel good and kicking a crying person out onto the street with no apology or empathy is honestly just cruel. I am sure they are good at what they do, when they do it, but I would advise anyone reading this review to visit a salon with kind, human employees rather than spend your money there.

Ordered essential hair product and they got it out super fast! The owner is always answering any questions and posting to Instagram. Great service
