Scumbags - Iceland driver hit my car and drove away, leaving thousands in damages. Referred to VMS to handle the claim, who have ignored all contact from my insurer despite eye witnesses and photographs of the driver in question

Cant even give them a star dont answer your calls or emails and when due compensation nowhere to be seen all staff trained to avoid paying any money out! will be a day when no one will work for you or hire from you long term hire or business do NOT use i never write reviews but this will help alot of people out

Excellent service, immaculate vehicle.

I recently dealt with Margaret McManus, who was truly amazing. We had an immediate requirement for a vehicle at short notice and had to be arranged before Christmas. Margaret managed to organise this in the space of two working days!

She made the full process straight forward and painless. Can't thank her enough.

Needed a van with no notice rung VMS, polite friendly staff had everything I required just so quick and easy and not a bad price. Would use again and tell friends and family too use them good easy location to get to with parking space.

Shame on u renting your vans for those helping install the ulez equipment and accepting dirty money. I will make sure no one will use your company whilst u r willing to help ulez.

I hired a van from the Tiverton branch as I was moving into a property in the town. Easily the best experience I've had hiring a vehicle; great communication throughout, really good value for money, and excellent service from the staff. Would highly recommend!

It’s time to decide if you want to be the kind of company that takes dirty money from a corrupt government that is using your vehicles to scam the public, or take a stand. Your true customers will soon be voting with their feet.

Disgraceful to be leasing out to the TFL ULEZ con. No morals and shame on them. Will not be using them again!

Shame your supplying a fleet of ulez camera vans to tfl and mayor khant to extort the public with. Any company or people associated with this scam are the lowest of the low and must be named and shamed. What a vile contract you signed up to. You should be utterly ashamed!

Terrible amateur company. Hired a van and it was covered in paint and broken eggs. Windscreen also cracked in several places. Maybe they're involved in some shady activities.
