Treacherous company who hire out the ULEZ vans. DO NOT USE!!

Do not rent from this disgusting company they are causing misery by renting out their vans to tfl for ulez fines!! Outrageous taking money from the poor

They never answer the phone when you press option 1. Instead it goes to answer phone. And when you leave voicemails they dont contact you back. When you press another option they tell you to call back and press option 1 because that is apparently the right department but it doesnt even exist

Lack of Communication, delayed paperwork.
We have had ongoing problems for months and have been passed from one person to another and been told that our problems have been escalated to someone higher, each time we have been requested to send email trails and still nothing was sorted, vehicles were constantly off the road and there has been one problem after another.

I was very impressed with the overall professional service received by VMS Vehicle Hire - from booking, the condition of the vehicle and communication throughout. I highly recommend to anyone.

Very helpful fast responses from the Tiverton team. They were happy to answer all my questions. And all went smoothly on van collection and return day.

The customer service at the Tiverton branch was excellent. We were really pleased with the very competitive cost and quality of the vehicle we hired and how easy it was to deal with the documentation required along with the collecting of and delivering the vehicle back. We would definitely use this company again.

Van was virtually brand new, delivery , collection, and service was excellent from everyone

They allow some food Companys to run vehicles that are not road worthy, i myself have driven a few the last 2 years.

Used VMS (previously Western Truck Hire) many times and the service has always been absolutely first rate. Always accommodated our needs, competitive prices, highly efficient and genuinely a first rate service. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

said they would give me a vehicle and they did, was delivered when they said it would be and collected when they said they would. vehicle was exactly what I asked for and it performed as expected. No issue with this company and would use them again.

Thorough pre checks, no issues. Good value for money, with better than average mileage allowance. Out of office returns, which is always a bonus. Have used before and will use again.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonable prices. Would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend. Have hired from lots of different companies before this was by far the best all round.
