DO NOT USE
Phoned up to book a van for a house move 1 week in advance. The lady who took my details(I believe it was the manager) confirmed what vehicle I required. She informed me to scan and send identification(passport/driving license/proof of address) which I did.
I thought nothing more of it and two days before the move I went into the office to pay. I spoke with two employees who asked me who I had booked it through as they informed me there was no van available for me. I told them who I spoke to and they informed me it was the manager, they said she was on holiday, and they said she’s always promising vehicles they don’t have and there’s nothing they could do about it!!!!!!!
Two days to get another van, UNBELIEVABLE

Absolutely exceptional service. Helped me massively at very short notice after my car broke down. All the staff we professional, polite and very helpful. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend to others. Thank you again.

I really can honestly say that the service I am getting is superb ! From when I got the van and I still have it , I wouldn’t think you can be beaten on price and service
