We went into the Bon Accord , vodaphone shop to sort out our contracts ! Melissa was the person who sorted everything out for us ! She is a very pleasant and friendly person! Great experience in store today, went in for 3 of us due for mobile renewal, Melissa helped us out and was very informative, we couldn’t get a deal that was available so she checked and came back to us with an even better deal! We have no issues with our contracts and have had nothing but good experience so far with vodaphone.

Vodafone stolen my money from my…
Vodafone stolen my money from my account. They deleted our conversations which they did pay 50 pound withdrawal my case also documents. I didn’t use SIM card after 3 months they send me bills 700 pound. Before 3 months I cancelled contract by mistakenly I lost is now they charged. I am telling gays it can be happening with you . Today I am seafaring. It’s almost 3 years going on still torcharing me . Mantle peas-her creating.
They are really like shoplifting. Please gays if anyone can help me . On the phone they said you are poor man if you can’t afford so why you using phone

Unfortunately, I have very bad experience with Vodafone lately. I have signed two broadband contracts with the company end of 2023 and earlier 2024. The sales persons told me if I keep my mobile with the company, I will have royalty discount of 3 pounds on each broadband. As the royalty discount has been applied in previous years, I didn't doubt it. However, this has not been applied afterwards. The company argued that this can not be applied to the account and they can not found the voice record. I have already spent a lot of time calling them and things are still not being resolved! I would like to warn everyone, record everything they said yourself!
