Came into Vodafone after the new year to see options for a new phone. I’m very weary with contracts and they make me nervous. Connor made me feel at ease and took the time to explain all my options. Had Connor and Carl help sort me out with broadband after having recently moved house. After a day of struggling with doing this online due to the adress change, Connor and Carl were amazing with getting to the bottom of it straight away. Both of them were very friendly, and knew their stuff well
