David has been more than helpful over this past week. I would always deal instore as your operatives on the phone are shocking. The only reason I will currently stay with Vodafone is because of David and his team.

I had Very positive experience, great customer service from a professional team, highly recommend.
They listened attentively to what I wanted and matched my needs with a great deal on a new phone,ipad and broadband. Explaining everything fully at each stage and saving me money also, full marks!

David and the gang in the Ballymena…
David and the gang in the Ballymena helped me out a lot with a problem. I bought a new phone and for some reason when transferring it my number from business to consumer there was an issue and I lost all forms of service. When I went into the store David done everything that he could to help me but it was to no avail, he then took complete control of the situation and raised a complaint for me and also raised it with his regional manager. He got in contact and kept me updated on what was happening every step of the way. Great service and I couldn't recommend his team more.

I’m so pleased I called into the the Ballymena shop today because I had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Peter and David. I only called in for help with my contract and the advice and customer service I received was outstanding!
They went above and beyond to help me. I have to say they’re the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever encountered in a Vodafone store. I even came away with 2 new contracts 🤣🤣
I came away with a typed out sheet of what I need to do to cancel my old contacts which has never ever happened in all the years of me being with Vodafone. Honestly they’re both an absolute credit to the company. Thank you David & Peter from the Barnsley girl with a dodgy Northern Irish accent 🤣🤣

Ballymena Vodafone staff exceptional
The staff in Vodafone store in Ballymena are and always have been phenomenal. David is an exceptional manager who leads a team who like himself are extremely helpful, pleasant and hardworking. Vodafone Ballymena is not my nearest store, I have 2 Vodafone stores more convenient to me, but because of the staff in Ballymena I drive that bit further and have done this for many years.

Undecided customer …
Decided to upgrade and was very indecisive as to if I would move from iPhone. Dave the Store manager in Ballymena branch talked and guided me through all my options assuring me and answering all the random questions I concerned about. Thankfully he was very patient as I spent @ 1.5hrs in store.
I’ve went with Google pixel and have 14 days cooling off period if I change my mind…which I’m hoping won’t be case!
Thanks Dave…my contract is for 3 years so you’ve got a good cooling off period before you see me again 😆
