Really helpful member of staff!!!
The member of staff, Cedric, who assisted with our queries and concerns was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain all of our options. Having attempted to discuss issues online and via phone we were finally able to get the clarity and understanding that we required directly from Cedric. For months I have been complaining of…
For months I have been complaining of no/poor signal.
I have repeated the same things over and over again.
Tests have been done. SIM card has been replaced. Still the same issues. I have tried escalating this to Vodafone UK, but i'm getting nowhere. Now I am making public and escalating further. Shame on you Vodafone UK for not listening to a very VERY frustrated and angry customer.
