I went into the Basingstoke store…
I went into the Basingstoke store Friday the 4th of July around 4.30ish and I got something stuck in my charging port, I got approached straight away and the man who served me helped me straight away got what was stuck out of the charging port he didn’t have to do that as wasn’t part of the job. Genuinely made my day as I was having the worst day ever!!! Amazing service

I recently purchased an iPhone 16 Pro from the Vodafone store in Festival Place, Basingstoke, and had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Jacob.
