Vodafone Customer service - Alive and Kicking in Bedford
The time given, patience and dedication to the job in hand, that was provided by Heera in the Bedford Arcade Vodafone store.
When it dawned on me that my 'new' Samsung S25 mobile was barely a step up from my 'old' Samsung S22 mobile - few, if any new features - I took the option provided by Vodafone to revert back to my S22, which created a LOT of detailed, technical work for Heera.
His respect and regard for his customer, despite the time and effort it took to 'unpick' my new investment in allegedly state-of-the-art technology, was commendable. His patience and his commitment to addressing my needs, to provide customer satisfaction was commendable. Vodafone is lucky to have such customer-oriented individuals working in their stores!
