Incompetent staff
Walked into the store and was completely ignored. Approached a lady at the back desk and tried to speak with her but she turned her back to me and ignored me. I stood waiting with the display phones waiting to be acknowledged, a worker told the only other customer is store to sit down they’re next. I was still stood here being ignored. Bloody rude. I now won’t even be staying with them, I’ll be moving service providers. Incompetent staff.

Just had great service from Heera at Bedford branch. He was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what we needed. It's good for us older customers to be treated with respect and not made to feel clueless. Would have left Vodafone without his expertise. A valuable member of the company I'd say.

I needed to collect my new phone and…
I needed to collect my new phone and have my data transferred from my old one. Even though there were internet difficulties the staff persevered and took the time and trouble to make sure everything went across correctly and fitted my screen protector and case. Whilst I was waiting several other older customers were also helped with kindness and sensitivity even though we were all not well versed in the current technology.

Totally unexpected price increase!
This is my first complaint! When I took out my 1yr contract with you at £9/month, you did not mention the price would rise in March. I know it’s a small increase but you must be honest and transparent at the start. I am an 83yr old OAP and my income is limited, so I need to know this info in advance. I was also told the signal in my road was very good and that’s why I transferred to Vodafone, but it’s not that good I’m afraid. At this moment i have a one dot signal It is never more than two at best, and I experience at times loss of connections to family which is very important to me. Sorry I find a need to complain!
