I had an excellent experience at the Vodafone Store Bracknell, thanks to Shany. From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing.
I purchased a new Samsung S26 and Shany took the time to explain everything clearly, going through all the features and options so I fully understood the phone. She also helped me with a SIM upgrade and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
