My dad had brought a new phone (he’s 75) he’s old phone was very old and we were unable to transfer all he’s data to he’s new phone. Terry was absolutely amazing with us. It wasn’t easy by any means but nothing was too much trouble for Terry. He spent hours and eventually he had managed to to do it all,then spent a further half hour setting my dad’s alarm,ring tone and downloading he’s old ringtones. Vodafone are very lucky to have Terry. Great guy with a great sense of humour and care. Thank you so much for all that you did. My dad left with a massive smile on his face l. Would recommend this store

I am incredibly pleased with my Vodafone Broadband experience from start to finish. The entire process was seamless and professional.
Special thanks to Josh at the local branch; he is an absolute credit to your team. He was a brilliant chap who managed to sort my entire order in less than 15 minutes with zero fuss.
On the day of installation, the team arrived exactly on time. The CityFibre engineer, Kyle, and his colleague were consummate professionals. They completed the installation quickly and had my broadband up and running in no time.
Vodafone also did a fantastic job of keeping me updated throughout the entire journey. I couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommended!
