Worst network
Terrible service their employees never know anything and they are charging me for services i had taken off my contract a month ago! They blame the system not processing the cancellation and still expect me to pay…Not to mention my phone signals have been so bad, i lose signal on my phone all the time.

I am extremely happy with the service at Vodafone. I am new to the UK and didn't have any idea about the sim card packages. Ben was very kind in explaining them to us and getting the SIM card up and running.

Staff have been amazingly helpful, despite problems with my broadband installation date by Openreach. GARRY in particular has been super helpful and I'm so grateful for the staff in Brighton Churchill Square store over several visits.
