@Cheltenham Store have tried to support but 3 full months since dropping my trade in to store and no refund as yet. Cheltenham store sent the device to the trade in team with 3 days of receipt. By all accounts my case is with the escalation team and has been for around 3 weeks now.....customer service at its best. Ive amended my rating to -15. Thats -5 for each MONTH of waiting.

As per the info, i have to go to store for the 4th time to get customer services the tracking number for the parcel??

Handed in trade in phone to Cheltenham vodafone store 09/08.
10 weeks later, phone cannot be located.
Phone on Chelt store system as received.
Trade in team not received.
Customer sat in the middle of,
go back to store.....
Store....we cant do anymore...ring customer service.
Advised trade in value of £450 - still no credit on my account while vodafone (10 weeks!!) still argue who the responsibility sits with.
In the meantime I keep getting payment reminders for the device plan that would have been settled off 10 weeks and a a credit due to me on top...
