Popped into the store to look around and ended up switching my contract to Vodafone! Arun helped me with saving money on my new plan compared to my recent contract and even convinced me about getting faster WIFI at home for a lower price which is incredible, will pop back into the shop to get that set up by Arun. His service was well good and professional, he’s very patient and such a lovely person! :)

Awful service provider and worse…
Awful service provider and worse network coverage. I have been charged for more than 9 months for not using my mobile broadband. I visited the office and the manager told me he can't help me. I contacted customer care and there were even more unhelpful. I filed a complaint and absolutely nothing has been done. They make promises and dont keep them and i am fed up. I don't understand what service at all they provide.
