Today I revisited Vodafone Chichester…
Today I revisited Vodafone Chichester as yesterday they had a system outage. Today I saw Tom I think his name was, it took a while because of different problems, I was in need of a new phone as old one not working properly. The service was brilliant, patient and friendly and mire than helpful to us older people not quite so tech savvy. I always use this store it has never ever failed me. Thank you so much.

The manager was an incredible help in setting up two new phones for me and swapping over sims. He put me totally at ease and was incredibly helpful and patient throughout. He made a very stressful experience for me much easier.

Excellent Customer Service by Fatmir
We visited the Chichester Vodafone shop earlier today because neither of our phones were working. Fatmir spent almost an hour fixing the problem and was unfailingly efficient and a pleasure to deal with. We're really grateful for his help and will be telling our friends about the excellent service he gave.

Great advice
We went into the Chichester shop to sort out our contracts. Kofi was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable young man he helped us find the best deals for our elderly parents our son and my own.

I went into the Chichester store and…
I went into the Chichester store and spoke to a man whom I believe was the manager. I expressed what I wanted in a phone and my ideal price I wasn’t listened to at all, all I got were the most expensive iPhones which being older I do not want, I wasn’t happy at all and ended up going to the Bognor store and I spoke to a lady called meg and she was very helpful and listened to my wishes but unfortunately the phone I was out of stock and on a back order so I was unable to purchase but will definitely be going back to bognor not Chichester.
