Always efficient and helpful
Was served by Kevin today who is so helpful, efficient and knowledgeable every time we go into the Colchester Vodafone store. It was a simple task I needed doing today - setting up a very basic phone for my elderly father to use - but Kevin explained all the best options and sorted it out for me in no time - much quicker than if I’d tried doing it all myself.

Rosie was amazing.

Phillip at the Colchester store was great!
I visited the Colchester store and Phillip was fantastic. He understood the issues I was having and explained how this would be sorted and then took me through completing my upgrade. He was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The store was busy but he didn't rush me and made sure everything was sorted before I left. Thanks Phillip!

Dimetrius excellent service
My mum and I visited the colchester store yesterday and met a nice gentleman named Dimetrius. He was very polite and helpful getting mum the perfect deal for her phone. He took his time and suggested various options making sure my mum was happy. Would highly recommend this gentleman.
