Friendly customer service
I was in Vodafone Craigavon to upgrade my phone and straight away Matthew greeted me, I told him exactly what I was looking for and he was able to get me sorted within 15 minutes and during this time we had a friendly conversation and a wee laugh. I was upset that I was loosing my Spotify as part of entertainment package but he was able to tell me how much it would cost me a month if I wanted it. Vodafone Craigavon have the most friendly staff I’ve ever meet and I would highly recommend to people in the future
