The visit to your store in Northend, Croydon was an absolute waste of my time.
The visit to your store in Northend, Croydon to pick up my new Galaxy A57 5G on Monday 10th August where I was told they would set up my new Galaxy A57 5G for me while I waited was so incorrect, totally the wrong information from Zoe from your telephone sales team on the 6th or 7th August, what a complete let down. Zoe told me that I would be met by a staff member who would gladly set up my new Samsung device running my old history onto my new Samsung phone with no problems envisaged....How wrong!!!
I was met and greeted in the stores entrance by a man named 'Bohur' who immediately took charge of the situation by explaining that he could not help me other than handing over my new mobile. They had nobody in the store that could set up my Samsung Galaxy A57 5G for the following reasons: 1. The Manager had left for pastures new. 2. The Store Geek had left to join the Police Force. 3. The store does no formal training on Samsung products products. On asking if I could book someone to set my mobile phone up 'Bohur' replied that there was a shortage of staff at this present time with nobody qualified to assist me, what if I paid 'Bohur' replied £30,00, ok I replied 'Bohur' replied ''but I cannot tell you when due to not having any staff qualified on Samsung products''. Help me someone please!! Well what do you make of this situation Vodaphone? PS Oh yes the one star was for the cleanliness of the store.
