The customer service at Vodafone is usually horrible in my experience. Today was an exception, thanks to Jade at Vodafone Derbion in Derby she was very professional polite and helpful.
Managed to sort out complicated issue with my SIM card with a lot of patience.

Really positive experience!!

Been a loyal customer for over 15 years but now getting the worst customer ever received. Being treated like idiot . Ignored and fobbed off at every attempt to resolve my billing issue
Made a card payment of £147
1 month later advised payment has been reversed and in arrears
Had proof from my bank and prints of over 20 bank statements to PROVE the payment went through
Even the bank are shocked at how vodafone have treated me
Over over 6 calls and 3 hours on the phone, 2 visits to the store after been told by customer service I had to visit
The first thing to store manager says to me is " you need to call customer services we can't help you "
After showing them digital proof and and printed proof
Still getting the same text after being promised call backs and emails back but nothing. Even told cannot speak to a manager over the phone as they " are all in a meeting "
Set up a promise to pay with Vodafone of £147 ( made 9th September ) which goes through via card payment
Spoken to Vodafone over 5x on the phone each time they say accounts team will look into it
Bank confirmed payment had gone though and not returned on phone
Went into Bank after speaking to Vodafone instore
Bank Went through and printed every statement since payment was made
Confirmed again has gone through and not returned
Show Vodafone team in store who noted on file as " seen proof " but can not do anything else
Basically told me not to return to the store and they cannot help me at all
Spoke to voafone again on phone comfirmed note and pushed back to accounts
Again after been told while get a call back or email got the same text for the 3rd time
"Hello - thank you for getting in touch about your recent payment. We?ve found your payment of £143.77 however it is showing as reversed, please contact your bank for further information."
Been a loyal customer for over 15 years and ironically took wifi with Vodafone 2 months ago after being a really happy customer

Hi, today has been one of the most productive days I've had here in the UK. I had something to do with my Vodafone account at Vodafone Derbion in Derby. Hifzah, the customer service representative was really of good help to me and resolved my issues professionally and satisfactorily even beyond my expectations.
