How wonderful Harry is at the Dewsbury…
How wonderful Harry is at the Dewsbury store, he instantly knew the error on my account and updated the manager who raised a complaint. Harry's knowledge is vast and knows the best way to deal with a query/issue and explains the options you have. Harry always looks to suit the customer's need. If it wasn't for Alex and Harry I would have moved all 4 devices to EE.

Shocking customer service
Shocking service I had my broadband fitted yesterday. All was explained what my requirements was and agreed after installation only to be told this wasn’t in my contract, wasted lot of my time talking to people all over the world who really don’t understand and care. Very disappointing customer service.
