Great experience with Asad in EK!
I was returning the device I bought in the Buchanan street store yesterday and Asad (East Kilbride store) made the whole process easy and managed to save me some money meaning I will continue to stay with Vodafone as a customer. Unfortunately in the Buchanan street store where I bought the phone yesterday didn't alert me to the fact I have outstanding money to pay on my old phone. If I had known this I would have looked at other options. Due to Asad alerting me to this it meant that I could trade in my old phone and upgrade to the pixel pro XL. This was hugely appreciated. It is not often nowadays you experience savings and Asad's knowledge enabled me to feel extremely valued as a Vodafone customer who has been with the company for 15 years and will continue to be.
