Brijand was so so helpful after spending hours wasted with the useless online and telephone customer support. I would recommend coming into store and speak with Brijand or any one of his colleagues to get the help you need.

The worst boardband company the internet just stops all of a. Sudden then you cal up Customer service most of the time they don't no what's going on you have to repeat your self a 100 times and then they make you wait for 20min then again they ask what can I help with. Not acceptable behaviour from a big company like Vodafone

Went into Vodafone Store in Enfield…
Went into Vodafone Store in Enfield Town, London. During the day my phone got stolen. Went into store & Zayn calmed me down & said that he will do everything he can to get me my sim card for my phone number. But he actually went the extra mile & got me a new phone as well with a better deal then I currently was on. He also spent another extra 20 minutes setting my phone up & recovered everything from my stolen phone which he got sim blocked & IMEI blocked as well. His dedication to my service was amazing & was one of the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I hope Vodafone sent my gratitude to Zayn & he gets a reward for this service.
